A lesson on creating a picture of an embroidery design (click here).
When I’m working on a project for someone, I like to have them see and approve the embroidery design before I stitch it out. By creating a picture of the design I can easily attach it to an email and send it.
This lesson can be used with 4D and 3D Organizer, as well as Creative 4D and 3D Organizer (the software sold by Pfaff dealers).
Here is a lesson on unzipping embroidery files.
Often times when purchasing embroidery designs the designs are delivered as a zipped file. The zipped file is a compressed format. This minimizes the required storage space and transfer time when downloading from an Internet site.
Converting the zipped file to a standard embroider file is quick and easy.
This lesson can be used with 4D and 3D Organizer.
4D Embroidery – Insert Color Change. This lesson will walk you through the steps to insert a color change into an embroidery designs. The tutorial applies to 3D Embroidery and 4D Embroidery Extra. The technique can also be applied in 3D/4D Stitch Editor.
4D Stitch Editor – Reverse Stitch Order. This lesson is on using Reverse Stitch Order. Reverse Stitch Order is a new feature in the 4D Stitch Editor application. This lesson is not applicable to 3D -sorry
